The Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) Is a nonprofit 501 (c) 6 established to provide the necessary resources to ensure continuous improvement of its members, promoting the long-term success of Hispanic construction companies in the Carolinas. To achieve its objectives, HCAC provides members with valuable services in the areas of education, consulting, corporate and advocacy. HCAC's membership includes general contractors, subcontractors, construction workers, vendors and equipment suppliers, and corporations related to this industry.

The HCAC is dedicated to promoting long-term success, economic growth, and expansion of its member’s careers and businesses. We are committed to providing educational and business development resources to help them reach their potential in the construction area.

We aim to achieve equitable leadership participation and inclusion of Hispanic-owned construction businesses, as well as all minorities in the construction industry. HCAC believes inequitable levels of participation and opportunities when community leaders work together, sharing best practices and experience.

It is HCAC’s intention to work closely and collaborate with other trade organizations and communities, in order to identify more and superior business opportunities for these groups.
