Sealed bids for Phillip O. Berry Track & Field Improvements, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina will be received by the Owner at 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 on October 23, 2018The Contract scope of work includes Civil and Electrical work.  Bids are due at 3:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bidders & subcontractors may purchase complete sets of plans and specifications from Duncan Parnell.  Potential bidders are advised to familiarize themselves with the CMS Bidder Qualifications contained in the specifications prior to purchasing bid documents.
Bidding documents may also be inspected at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Auxiliary Services Department at 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 the office of the Architect and the office of the Civil Engineer.

 

All questions should be directed to the Civil Engineer at the phone number or email indicated above.

A pre-bid /outreach meeting will be held at 3301 Stafford Drive on Monday October 15, 2018 at 3:00 PM followed by a site visit to Phillip O. Berry Academy 1430 Alleghany Street.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contract to other than the low bidder should it be deemed in their best interest.
