The Project consists of the demolition of a portion of the existing building, new construction of asingle story addition constructed of load bearing masonry and steel Synagogue approximately 12,900 SF and a wood framed Youth Building approx 4,100 SF architectural elements include stone, stimulated wood, and storefront facade and a single ply roof membrane as indicated on the Drawings and as specified in the Project Manual.

Notes:

The start date for the project is February 1, 2018 and the Youth Building is to be constructed first and will be occupied by the owner prior to the construction of the Synagogue Building. Construction can begin on the Synagogue Building starting June 1, 2018, as long as the Youth Building can be completed and occupied by August 15, 2018.
