Description of the Work

• This project includes the construction of a single story (with mezzanine) heavy vehicle maintenance facility for the airport's vehicle fleet. The building will be a 51,840 square foot metal frame with masonry walls and includes maintenance bays, support, storage,and office areas. The scheduled duration (per the specifications) is 425 calendar days.

• The Charlotte Business Inclusion Program has established an SBE participation goal of 10% and a MBE participation goal of 6%.
